How many people can I bring with me?You can bring as many people as you would like for your booking. When booking you are obliged to let us know the full names of everyone you intend to bring with you on the day. No unauthorised personnel can be in the studio unless stated on your booking form, for insurance purposes.

Is there drink making facilities?We have a kitchenette equip with a sink, a kettle, a coffee machine, mugs, glasses and some soft drinks in our mini fridge. Please feel free to help yourselves, and clean away your mess once finished. There is no food allowed in the facility.

Can I host a masterclass/ seminar/ talk in your studio?Our studio is the ideal location to host a seminar, talk, or masterclass. The open area is spacious and has fantastic lighting. Our wide range of furniture means your guests can sit in a relaxed and open environment, making it the perfect place to learn! You can move the room around to reflect the aesthetic you want. Please specify this when booking so we can prepare accordingly.

What equipment do you have at the studio?Available to use we have: - 2 x box lights - A e-com backdrop - 4 x TriPods - All furniture / decor At request we have: - 4 x Mics - 2 x Sony Cameras - Podcast recording equipment

How do we get into the studio?A few days before your booking we will contact you with instructions on how to get into the studio.

How many guests can I have on my podcast?You can have as many as you would like, however, we only have 4 mics. So if there are more than 4 people, the audio will be compromised.

What's the difference between having an audio engineer and not?Having an audio engineer means we have a specialist monitoring the audio throughout your podcast to ensure the smooth-running of your episode. We then export the video and audio files and send them to you for editing. We do have editing packages available for those wanting the audio and visuals synced and made into social media clips. This does come at an extra cost.

If I don't have an engineer, what does this mean?If you decide not to have an engineer, this means you are responsible for setting all the audio and visuals up for your podcast. Please note, Sloane House Studios cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged recording footage. Should this happen, you will need to rebook and repay to re-record.

Where is your studio basedOur studio is based just off of Epping High Road in Essex. The nearest tube station is Epping with a taxi being around 5-7mins drive. There are also local busses which stop off at the top of Woodside Road.

Is there parking?There is ample unassigned parking spaces around the plot. Please do not park outside other shutters or in any reserved parking spaces. If you are unsure on the day, please contact us before leaving your vehicle unattended.

Is the studio a natural lighting studio?The studio is open plan with high bay ceilings that let in a large amount of natural light. We also have specialist lighting panels above that mimic natural lighting, meaning you can use the studio any time of day with the same effect.

What extra lighting do you have?We have box lights available and ready to use at the studio.

What if we need more time on the day?If you need more time on the day, please contact us in the first instance so we can see if we can accommodate you. If we have enough space between bookings, we can grant this and will discuss the extra charges with you on the phone.

What if I finish early?We would recommend everyone to use their whole time allocated to ensure you can take as much content as you need. However, you can of course leave early if you finish early. However, we cannot refund you for the time not used.
